Firstly thanks for supporting a small business by purchasing from us and giving our drinks a whirl! It’s important to us that you’re completely happy with your sodas & the experience of dealing with us through our webstore. If you need to return some stock or some drinks got damaged on their way to you we’ll be happy to help out however we can!
Refunds & Returns
After purchase you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to return any soda you do not want. You will need to notify us at email@example.com within this period of your intention to return a soda.
In the event of receiving damaged goods from our haulier, if the product is broken or has leaked, you can refuse signing for it. Subsequently if you open the parcel and find that the product is damaged or has leaked then you will need to provide evidence by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Our Soda Jerks will assist in issuing a refund or replacement free of charge!
If returning your product back to us, you must make sure products have not been opened and the bottle caps are sealed – it is a food product! You may wish you reuse the outer packaging to send us back the drinks in. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to send back the soda.
Please return your package to: Square Root Returns, Unit D11, Leyton Industrial Village, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7QP. As we use a glass safe service we can book this in for you if you email us on email@example.com
Once your package is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned soda. We would only reject a refund if the bottles are received in an unsaleable condition.

You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever up to 14 days after the day you receive it. You will need to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org about your intention to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched before you inform us, you may refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to Square Root Returns, Unit D11, Leyton Industrial Village, Argall Avenue, London, E10 7QP. As we use a glass safe service we can book this in for you if you email us on email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we will hold any stock returned to us for a period of 48 hours upon arrival to ensure there is no risk of transmission. Please allow an additional 2 working days before inspection and refund administration during this time.
