Once you have placed your order online, you should receive an email confirming your order. If you spot any mistakes, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com so we can ensure there are no delay's shipping your parcel.
Once you're order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.
LONDON DELIVERIES (within M25)
We are now using our wholesale logistics partner to provide contact free delivery for most of our London orders. We've been working with these guys since we started delivering fizzy pop (that's back in 2013!!) and, once COVID-19 hit and our wholesale orders slowed down, their workload also massively decreased so we wanted to support them, the same way your supporting us!
They're a small team of experts who know London inside & out so there's no one better to get your parcels to you! Currently, they collect from us every morning at 10 AM and deliver your parcel the next working day, with some orders even being delivered SAME DAY.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with tracking information for these deliveries. If you're not in when a delivery attempt it made, the courier will use the phone number you provided to either find a safe place for your order or to arrange a rescheduled delivery. If you have any problems with your delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort it out for you.
OUTSIDE OF LONDON
We ship your orders using APC Overnight. Orders are processed around 11 AM each day and they are sent on an glass safe overnight service. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us and once APC have your order, contact free delivery instructions will be sent to you from them.
Due to the volume of parcels in the courier network APC won't always be able to make delivery the next day and delays of up to two days may be experienced. They're working hard to bring that wait time down and we'll update this page as soon as something changes.
