To commemorate our 8th year of fruit squishing and soda popping, we gave one of our customers the lucky chance to turn their fizzy fantasy into a reality. The winner of our competition was Hannah with her suggestion of creating a Jamaican Ginger Cake, and tada! Here it is!
Think sticky, moist, sweet loaf cake combined with a hearty kick of Jamaican ginger - reincarnated into a beautiful bottle of soda. We’ve had a hoot at putting on our bakers’ hats to recreate this iconic dessert, and we hope you sweet tooth lovers and dessert fiends enjoy it as much as we do.
